The field name is missing if the reference name has changed

Overview:
If the reference name changes after the transformation was referenced in the mapping profile, the field name is empty.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to Settings->Inventory->Holdings->Holdings note types
2. Add a new note type, for example:

3. Navigate to Settings -> Data Export and set up the mapping profile using this field:

4. Navigate back to Settings ->Inventory -> Holdings and rename the note type added in the step 2:

5. Navigate back to Settings -> Data Export and view the mapping profile that was created in step 3.

Expected Results:
The field name is populated with the updated name
Actual Results:
The field name is empty:

and the edit transformation form doesn't display the field at all:
