Introduce error codes for errors during data export

Purpose/Overview:

The reason for the error will be displayed in the logs to the user - in order to simplify the localization in the future we need to introduce the error codes so the description of the reason for the error can be localized later.

Requirements/Scope:

1. Code is assigned to the error type
2. Code is included while sending the error to the log
