Applying mapping profile - Combination of record types - Instance has SRS record

Purpose
This story addresses exporting multiple record types when the user wants to export only selected fields and each field has provided transformation and the combination of the records includes instance with underlying SRS record

Scenario 1:
Given: the mapping profile contains selected fields and for each selected field the transformation is provided
When: the export includes instances with SRS record
Then:

1. Whole existing SRS record is exported
2. Holdings and/or item fields specified in the mapping profile are appended according to transformations specified in the profile
3. If the file contains Instance record the LDR is re-generated based on the selected fields
4. .mrc file is generated
5. Unit and API tests are written
