In theory this should not happen since the contributor type is required in UI and in instance.json but it happens:
In the UI if you edit such record the value of the contributor type is set to Personal name and to be consistent the same behavior will be implemented for the MARC bib record generated on the fly.
If the Name type is missing (empty or null) when the MARC bib record is generated on the fly then the value of the Contributor will populate:
- if primary: field 100 subfield $a with first indicator set to 1 and second indicator set to blank
- if not primary: field 700 subfield $a with first indicator set to 1 and second indicator set to blank
*100/ 700 fields are populated correctly
