      Description

      Purpose
UI will need to display a list of the fields that the user can map according to their needs. For Q2 we assume that the instance record will be included with all available fields. That means that records with underlying SRS record will use this record. The records without underlying SRS will include all fields that are generated on the fly. The user will be able to attach to the instance record holdings and items data from the fields specified below - those fields will be included into generated MARC Bib record.

      1. Record type (instance, holdings, items)
      2. Property name
      3. For properties associated with type id the value of the key will need to be provided as well.
      4. The property has to be easily identified so it could be saved with the provided transformation value and easily retrieved during the export job when the mapping profile is applied.
      5. From the inventory holdings record we support transformations for only:

      • Permanent location
      • Temporary location
      • Electronic access
      • Call number (with prefix and suffix)

      6. From the inventory item record we support transformation for only:

      • Effective call number
      • Effective location
      • Electronic access

      Acceptance criteria:
      1. All supported properties are listed and correctly formatted.
      2. Properties can be easily identified for future retrieval
