View User List - Default Sort by Username

    • LIBAPP Sprint 5

    Description

      Purpose: Take first pass at implementing a default search for Users. This will be by Username since that is data we have available and displaying. This will change later.

      As a libadmin who is working with user records in the User app
      I want my search results to have a rational default sort
      So I can more easily browse the list
