Error 500's from Okapi with 5 or more concurrent requests

    Description

      For a while now, I have - on-and-off - seen internal server errors from Okapi, apparently when issuing 5-6 or more concurrent requests to Okapi.

      I'm running folio-backend-auth black box 0.7.2

      I first saw it in UI scan, not when adding a single item, which would make following requests (each request preceded with an OPTIONS request):

      GET item-storage
      PUT item-storage
      POST loan-storage
      GET loan-storage

      But when adding two or more items in one go, the issue occurs more often, though not always.

      I've then seen it on the users view page two - where we now have about five concurrent GET requests to loans, users, permissions (x2), groups.

      I've begun attempts at reproducing with cUR but need to add more concurrent requests to try and imitate the UI actions.
