Update the permissions associated with the Data Import system user

    Description

      Purpose: Make sure the limited permission user and permission set for Data Import has the updated permissions. This user (data-import) is used in the hosted reference environments and Bugfest envionments.

      Confirm that the permission set role-data-import includes the following permissions

      • Data import: Can upload files, import, and view logs (formerly Data import: all permissions) (renamed)
      • Data import: Can delete import logs (new)
      • Settings (Data import): Can view, create, edit, and remove (existing)
      • Settings (Data import): Can view only (new)
