Bugfest Kiwi. Deploy LDP platform for Bugfest and configure LDP app to use it

Purpose: Get the LDP platform and UI-LDP ready for test in Bugfest Kiwi.

Description:

1. Deploy the LDP platform 1.3 for Bugfest, and use this deployment to create an LDP database based on the Bugfest data.
2. Deploy and configure the LDP app (ui-ldp and mod-ldp) for Bugfest to query the newly created LDP database.
