Add minio service to firebird rancher environment

In scope of the ticket MDEXP-180 it is necessary to use minio as gateway for AWS s3 buckets.
The mod-data-export will be able to communicate with minio service to put and get objects from s3 buckets via special minio client which will be added to mod-data-export module.

At this moment minio is not available at firebird rancher environment.

Seems the minio service is already installed at testing environment(https://issues.folio.org/browse/FOLIO-3012).

Please, update firebird rancher environment by installing minio service in same way as for testing env.
