perf-testing job not cleaning up Jenkins workspace

Jenkins jobs running in https://jenkins-aws.indexdata.com/job/performance_framework/ run on the Jenkins master server. The Jenkins workspace for these jobs has accumulated ~38gb of data. It's possible the workspace is not getting cleaned up properly in all cases - perhaps when jobs are aborted or fail.
