Sort by Calculated total rank - All and Round IV Not Working

Overview: POs need to look at lists of features and sort by rank in JIRA but two of the most important columns don't sort properly
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into JIRA and go to https://issues.folio.org/issues/?filter=12636
2. Try to sort and reverse sort by Calculated Total Rank - All and Calculated Total Rank - Round IV

Expected Results: Should sort numerically low to high

Actual Results: Doesn't sort properly. It may appear to at first, but if you scroll down the list you'll see it really doesn't

Additional Information:

• PO rank seems to work fine
