Get context for 'createdSource' string in ui-inventory

A translator has asked about the context of the `createdSource` string found in ui-inventory. I traced the creation of the string back to UIIN-902 and a specific commit in GitHub, but I can't find where in ui-inventory this string is used. If it is being used, please provide a screen capture of the string being displayed in the app. If it is not being used, can we delete it so the translators can ignore it?
