Add edge module documentation to single server install documentation

Add documentation and templates for installing edge modules to the single server install doc in https://github.com/folio-org/folio-install. This work is essentially adapting the edge-module and edge-nginx ansible roles from folio-ansible into steps that can be executed by hand.
