View mode of Print Slip not user friendly

    Description

      Steps to repro:

      1. Log into folio-snapshot-stable
      2. Go to Settings > Circulation > Staff slips
      3. Click Hold to preview the hold slip

      Expected: Display of hold slip should be readable/user friendly

      Actual: Display of hold slip is html? See attached screenshot
