SPIKE - mod-notify Karate test plan

There are two endpoints that need to be covered:

/notify - calls mod-event-config, mod-template-engine, mod-sender, mod-email; templates and events are hardcoded;

/patron-notice - calls mod-template-engine, mod-sender, mod-email

 Requirements from PO:

For mod-notify from Julie:
1] When an event occurs, the corresponding notification is generated.
2] When a notification is generated, at least these fields are populated: recipientId // UUID of the user // text.
3] After a notification is generated, the email is sent to the user

These should be implemented for both endpoints.

WARNING: It's unclear whether we'll have SMTP server available for Karate tests. Ask DevOps team.
