SPIKE: investigate causes for e-2-e tests inconsistent failures

    Description

      Some e-2-e test fail inconsistently, which indicates that bugs reported by such runs are misleading and not necessarily indicate problems with finctionality.

      There might be some problems with the cypress env, or e-2-e tests should contain some waiters to allow system to sync the necessary data.

      Work together with tetiana_paranich@epam.com to sort through the inconsistently failing tests.
