    Description

      A-M discussed with Anton. Delay until R2 2021, then decide which MARCcat team will be responsible for this

      When ready to implement

      1. PO writes 2 common MARCcat scenarios (create, update?)
      2. BE dev learns carrier.io and writes tests for those scenarios
      3. Run those tests in the new performance testing environment (similar to bugfest in setup and size). Tests can be scheduled or run on demand.
