Create Karate test for Loans: Return hours for requested date, next and previous dates openings closest to requested date when calendar/periods/{servicePoint}/calculateopening API called and exceptions exist to regular hours (circ-26)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create loan policy with Fixed due date schedules
2. Setup working hours for service point via calendar
3. Add one or exceptions to the regular hours in that service points calendar. For example, regular hours for Fridays are 8 AM-8 PM but for one date in the calendar's date range Friday is a closed day.
4. Fulfill checkout and assert that due date is corresponding to schedule of service point open hours for example with option - Move to the beginning of the next open service point hours
