Display license terms info icon with info pop-over in edit pane

    Description

      When displaying license terms in the view pane, am icon displays next to the term name, and clicking the displays the description of the term.

      The term name also appears in the Edit screen, but no icon displays next to the name. The icon and description pop-up should be added in the Edit screen
