Search by publication type

Once ERM-943 is delivered, add search by Publication Type to the E-resource search screen using the new publication type field. This is in addition to the existing "type" search
The search option should display a list of the publication types currently available and the user should be able to select one or more of them to include in their search using a check box (just as the current "type" search works)
