Description
Scenario:
1. Title imported with coverage statement that (incorrectly) says coverage starts 1998-01-01
Results in a PCI with coverage statement
Can result in a PTI created/extended coverage with starting in 1998-01-01
2. Corrected information imported for Title stating coverage starts 2000-01-01
No change to PCI coverage statement as the coverage is not being extended at all
No change to PTI coverage statement as the coverage is not being extended at all
Fix:
- Either remove incorrect coverage statement from PCI and add new coverage statement with correct information OR correct start date on existing coverage statement on PCI
- If PTI coverage can be "shrunk" as a result of this change it should shrink to be only to the extent that the attached PCIs define (i.e. the PTI coverage should be brought inline with the coverage statements on the attached PCIs)
Approach:
Add a new UI screens where the user can view PCI details and edit PCI coverage
Ensure backend updates all appropriate coverage across TIs, PTIs when there are changes at PCI coverage level (this is only done on package ingest currently). Sub-tasks have been created on this issue to represent each part of this development
