Add dateMonographPublished, monographEdition, monographVolume to "Name" in Agreements

When displaying the "Name" of a resource from the Agreements local knowledgebase add the following information to the title for the purposes of display:

• dateMonographPublished
• monographEdition
• monographVolume

Concatenate the information as follows:

<title>. <monographVolume>, <dateMonographPublishedOnline> (<monographEdition>)

Note punctuation should be included as follows:

• If any information being added there should be a period/full-stop after the <title>
• If <monographVolume> is followed by <dateMonographPublishedOnline> they should be separated by a comma followed by a space
• If <monographEdition> is present it should always be in brackets ( )
