Licenses: Selected "open ended" checkbox not displayed in edit screen

Given

• You are a logged in user with permissions to create/edit licenses.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Licenses
2. Click "New"
3. Fill in all mandatory fields and select the checkbox "Open ended"
4. Click "Save & Close"
5. Notice the text string "Open ended" in the element "End date"
6. Edit the licenses and notice that the checkbox "Open ended" is not selected.

Note: According to Google's dev tools the value is saved properly:
openEnded: true
