Error messages on invalid numbers in custom properties

    Description

When entering an invalid number in a custom property (either an Agreement supplementary property or a License term property), the error "Please fill this in to continue" can display although the actual problem is not that the field is empty.

The "Please fill this in to continue" message should only display in cases where the field is empty. In cases where the field has some content but the content is invalid, either a specific error message should be displayed (if we have specified an error for that particular case), or a general message indicating invalid content should be displayed.

      • In the case of the decimal type the general error should be "Please enter a number with a maximum of 2 decimals places"
      • In the case of the integer type the general error should be "Please enter a whole number in the range -9007199254740991 to 9007199254740991"
