Licenses: Amendments: Display a deletion confirmation modal

When the user selects to delete a license amendment, before the deletion is executed, display a confirmation modal with:

• Header: "Delete amendment"
• Body: Amendment [ name ] will be deleted.
  • The amendment name should be in bold text.
  • The word "deleted" should be in bold text,
• Footer:
  • Cancel button on the left
  • Delete button on the right
    • The button should have white text on a red background
