When switching between Jobs in KB Local Admin ensure that correct logs are displayed

When switching between which job is being shown in the preview pane, there can be a lag between the user selecting a new job to view, and the correct logs being displayed. This leads to the wrong logs being displayed for a short amount of time as the user switches between which jobs they are viewing.

The user should not see the wrong logs for the job they are viewing.

On the face of it this issue seems to be similar to the one described in ERM-680
