Migrate long resource lists to use new stripes-connect paging functionality

STCON-57 and its PR added the ability to fetch pages by offset rather than refetching previous pages.

This can be useful for some of our resources that can be extremely long but are not expected to change in the time between a user scrolling from one paging boundary to the next. The benefit will be that scrolling and data fetching can occur much more smoothly and quickly.

Some potential resources that could use this include:

• package contents
• local kb admin job info and error logs
