If interface credentials do not exist for an organisation, then hide the credential options

When a organization is linked to an agreement/license and the organization has an interface, and the agreement/license is previewed:
1. a button is displayed "Show credentials" and
2. the Username and Password are displayed as "***".

Currently 1 and 2 are displayed even when there are no credentials stored against the interface, as shown in the attached screencast. This is misleading for users. Instead, when the interface has no username or password 1 and 2 should not be displayed.
