Agreement preview: Improve layout of Agreement Lines accordion

    Description

      When viewing an agreement which has agreement lines and the Agreement lines accordion is opened a header is displayed "E-resources covered by this agreement" underneath the list of agreement lines - highlighted in green in the screenshot.

      The header needs vertical space adding both above and below it.
