Agreement: Display unassigned amendments for the Controlling License

In the Agreement preview pane, in the Controlling License accordion, the license amendments assigned to the Agreement are displayed. When new amendments are added to the license these then need to be assigned to the agreement, by the user. The user should be alerted when unassigned amendments exist.

When unassigned amendments exist, display a banner at the top of the controlling license as shown in the mockup.

• It should be a warning banner
• The text should read "This license has unassigned amendments. Please edit the agreement to rectify."

Display a heading "Unassigned amendments" and a MCL of unassigned amendments at the bottom of the Controlling License card.

• Columns required are the amendment fields: Name, Status, Start date, End date
• Amendments should be sorted by Start date with the most recent at the top
