Agreements: Entering an agreement in which the name consists only of blanks causes an error

Given

• You are a logged in user with permissions to create agreements.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Agreements / Agreements tab
2. Click "New"
3. Enter one or more spaces in the name field
4. Select a status and start date
5. Click "Save & Close"

Notice the error message:

ERROR: in module @folio/agreements, operation POST on resource 'agreements' failed, saying: {"message":"Property [name] of class [class org.olf.erm.SubscriptionAgreement] cannot be null","path":"","_links":{"self":{"href":"https://folio-snapshot-okapi.aws.indexdata.com:8080"}}}

Note: The error can also be reproduced in Licenses.

If only whitespace has been entered in the agreement name, or license name, the field should act as if no text has been entered in the field
Also affects Amendment name field and /local-kb-admin/create "Package name"
