Do not wipe data from associated fields when using lookup modals

Some lookups have associated fields. For example, in the "Related agreement" repeating group there is the Agreement lookup, the Relationship field and the Note field.

Current behaviour is to wipe data from the associated fields on closing the lookup modal.

Required behaviour: when the user selects an item to link from the lookup modal and the look up modal closes, all data which has been entered in associated fields should be be retained.
