Migrate agreement status "Rejected" to 'Reason for closure'

    Description

      Following implementation of ERM-465, we want to consolidate to having a single "Closed" status for agreements and have any reasons for closure in the new "Reasons for closure" property.

      • A new value should be added to the list of 'Reason for closure'
        • Rejected
      • Any agreements currently with status "Rejected" should also be changed to "Closed" and reason for closure set to "Rejected"
