    Description

During the lifetime of an agreement whether specific agreement lines are part of the agreement can change over time. This should be controlled through a date range specifying when an agreement line became active within the agreement ("activeFrom"), and when it stopped being active in an agreement ("activeTo").

These dates should be observed when calculating the current/expected and past content of an agreement.

The rules in this story are in addition to the rules defined for which resources are filtered from this view based on accessStart and accessEnd dates in packages

      Business logic
Resources linked to agreement lines should only appear in the list of 'current' resource in an agreement if the agreement line activeFrom date is in the past (or is null) and the activeTo date is in the future (or is null)
Resources linked to agreement lines should only appear in list of 'Dropped' resources in an agreement if the agreement line activeTo date is in the past
Resources linked to agreement lines should only appear in list of 'Future' resources in an agreement if the agreement line activeFrom date is in the future
