"LOCAL" Remote KB/data source should not be editable or be able to be deleted

    Description

      With implementation of ERM-83 remote KB data is now editable. This includes the 'special' LOCAL kb which is used for data loaded directly into the internal KB (e.g. via file upload).

      The LOCAL record should not be editable and neither should it be possible to delete it via the Local KB Admin -> Settings
