Description
We are seeing multiple lines for the same journal in the KBART output
It looks like this is including PCIs that are not part of the Agreement
Example KBART export from folio-testing - same journal appears twice, although only one PCI in the Agreement being used for export. The second line is the correct PCI (based on the date_first_issue_online etc. coverage fields). The first line looks to be a different PCI from a package not included in the Agreement.
This problem does not apply to the JSON export for the same agreement - that contains a single entry for the journal with the correct Coverage
