Agreements App: Consortia Handling : Control who has access to Agreements

As an electronic resource librarian whose library is a part of the ABC Consortium
I do not want some or all libraries that are a part of the consortium to have access to my agreements
Because some agreements may contain NDA or special pricing not applicable to consortium

Requirement

• Allow library to decide which school OR person(s) has access to its agreements
• Maybe handled with Teams?
• Need to address CRUD permissions for libraries where this scenario is applicable
