Add JSON export action button to user interface

Add export button option to "E-resources covered by this agreement" section of the "Agreement Lines" accordion in Agreements (as discussed at Sheffield F2F).

Only displays when the "E-resources covered by this agreement" displays (as this export does not include eHoldings resources)
