URI map entry for single agreement

For requesting a single agreement use the following:
http://localhost:8080/erm/sas/<subscription-agreement-id>/export
where <subscription-agreement-id> is the subscriptionAgreement.id

Add "/kbart" to the URI to request kbart output

For all agreements use:
