    Description

      Add KBART option to UI, following ERM-331 pattern.

      From ERM-330:
      For requesting a single agreement use the following:

      http://localhost:8080/erm/sas/<subscription-agreement-id>/export
where <subscription-agreement-id> is the subscriptionAgreement.id

Add "/kbart" to the URI to request kbart output

      For all agreements use: 

      curl --header "X-Okapi-Tenant: diku" http://localhost:8080/erm/export/kbart
