New and Edit agreement panes: UX improvements for the "Remove" bin icon

On the New and Edit agreement panes:

1. Add a tooltip to the "Remove" bin icon for:

• removal of an internal contact: "Remove internal contact"
• removal of an agreement line: "Remove agreement line"
• removal of an agreement period: "Remove agreement period"
• removal of custom coverage: "Remove custom coverage"
• removal of a license: "Remove license"
• removal of an external license "Remove external license"
• removal of an organization: "Remove organization"
• removal of a document (from the Supplementary information" section: "Remove document"
• removal of usage data provider "Remove usage data provider"

2. Replace the blue "Remove" bin icon with the gray "Remove" bin icon for:

• Internal contact
• Agreement line
• Agreement period
• Custom coverage
• License
• External license document
• Supplementary information document
• Usage data provider
