Filter e-resource packages by source

Purpose: Filter packages within ERM by type/package
Stories: As an e-resource manager, I want to be able to filter packages of e-resources that are available in the ERM by the originating source of the data describing the resource

Scenario 1:

• Given: the resources search screen with filter panel
• When:
• Then: A dropdown filter ("External data sources") will be displayed in the panel.

This panel will be used to set filter options to filter the list of e-resources in the tabular display.

• A filter split by Remote KB (e.g. LOCAL, GOKb_TEST)

In the e-resources preview pane, within the Options for acquiring accordian, rename the column "Source" to "External data source".
