Default filters displayed but not applied on opening ui-plugin-find-agreement

Overview:
On triggering the find agreement plugin, a number of default filters are displayed (e.g statuses) but these are not applied

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to ERM Comparisons
2. Click "Select agreement" in "Comparison point 1"

Expected Results:
Agreements search displays with default filters set and applied

Actual Results:
Agreements search displays with default filters looking like they are set but have not been applied
