    Description

      1. Build job domain model (1h to begin)
        1. ID, Name etc
        2. Add API to create/delete/fetch jobs and status (NA)
      2. Add queue management (7.5h)

      The following is removed from scope, and will be handled as part of ERM-349:

      1. Trigger service from file upload (15h) (see also ERM-349)

        2. refactor to separate file upload into discrete library
