Overview: Library reported FOLIO > Agreement App > Supplementary properties is showing the value of 'Visibility' as 'Public' regardless of selection
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to  'Supplementary properties' in the any resource in the Agreement app.
2. Note, Visibility: Public
3. Action > Edit
4. Visibility is set as Internal;

Expected Results: Requesting the app to show the correct values in FOLIO > Agreement App > Supplementary properties
Actual Results: Supplementary properties is showing the value of 'Visibility' as 'Public' regardless of selection(edit).
Additional Information: Issue can be reproduced in Nolana-bugfest environment
