Description
Purpose/Overview:
Write a service (which can be run externally to Folio, framework tbd - possibly micronaut) which uses a "push" model for GOKb->Folio Local KB data in agreements. Making use of the GOKb TIPP level data (rather than package level) (this could either be using the OAI-PMH TIPP feed https://gokb.org/gokb/oai/tipps or the GOKb TIPP scrolling API (e.g. https://gokb.org/gokb/api/scroll?component_type=TitleInstancePackagePlatform&changedSince=2022-04-25+00:00:00&status=Current&status=Deleted&Status=Retired&Status=Expected)
