Option+N keyboard shortcut fails in ERM Comparisons

Overview:
Using Option+N should create a new ERM Comparison. It currently fails

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On snapshot
2. Go to ERM Comparisons
3. Ensure cursor isn't in search text box
4. Press option+N (equivalent is Alt+N on Windows)

Expected Results:
Create ERM Comparison form displayed

Actual Results:
Nothing happens
