Description

Overview:

For an agreement/license with multiple linked users as internal contacts the contact name/details do not display (although card is linked correctly)

Problem present in:

Morning Glory (ui-agreements 8.2.3 / ui-licenses 8.2.2)
Nolana (ui-agreements 8.3.2 / ui-licenses 8.3.1)
Orchid and beyond (master branch currently)

Steps to Reproduce:

Create an agreement and link two internal contacts
Open developer console in browser and View the agreement
In the developer console note the request `/users?query=<query for user ids>` is not correctly formed (query parts are joined with 'or' but no spaces
