Overview:

Request timed out when searching in "E-resources"
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-nolana.int.aws.folio.org/
2. Go to "Agreements" app
3. Click "Local KB search" toggle in the top center of the page
4. Check if "E-resources" toggle is active on "Search & filter" pane
5. Check "Yes" checkbox in "Is package" accordion on "Search & filter" pane

Expected Results: search results are displayed
Actual Results: "Request timed out" message is displayed on "E-resources" pane
